Network Design, Routing and Switching Design and Configuration, LAN and WAN Protocols
Jason Relevant Experience Responsible for configuration, maintenance, and support of organization’s network hardware and architecture requiring a sustained 99% up time schedule. Responsible for connectivity of over 40 systems across 4 platforms including Global Hawk, U-2 and Predator. Served as network focal point for all communication issues concerning matters of system operation for over 500 servers and workstations and in 5 independent networks. Communication liaison for multiple adaptive network and systems integration involving Point to Point, IP networks and Fiber Optic/Copper cabling upgrades. Sustained communication security across IP, serial, HDSL and radio networks. Administered Beale AFB SIPRNET Call Manager (3.4 and 4.0) Cluster with VOIP phones at multiple remote sites. (Additionally this became the an accredited protocol that was used globally for secure communication over SIPRNET air force wide.) Installed and maintained over 10 miles of fiber optical cable, including singlemode and multimode fiber with SC and ST Ferrell connectors. Clearance Deactivated Top Secret/SCI as of 16 April 2007.
