ICM recently (2007) developed the curriculum for a custom 5-day networking class for General Electric, two 5-day classes for Global Knowledge; the first a Multicasting course based on Cisco solutions called ICMI, another called TCN (Trouble-shooting Cisco Networks), and was the major contributor for Cisco’s new BSCI course.

ICM has developed over 25 individual courses since 1980.Most of the courses required full textbooks, lab books, lab equipment design, and instructor guides.
